Automation and integrations
Automation of repeat work
connecting systems that do not talk today
If someone copies the same data from one tool to another every day, that work can be handed to a machine. I connect systems through APIs and build sequences that run on their own.
What you get
- A process review that shows where automation actually pays
- API integrations
- Sequences: notifications, statuses, reports
- Error handling — the system speaks when something fails
- Documentation of what runs, and when
Who it is for
For companies where data moves between a CRM, an inbox, a spreadsheet, and accounting, held together by copy and paste.
Quoted individually. Cost depends on how many systems are involved and whether they expose an API. Process review and a number within 24 hours of your description.
Questions
Can any two systems be integrated?
Only if they expose an API or a data export. I check the documentation before quoting. If it cannot be done, I say so immediately.
What if the automation stops?
Every sequence has error handling and a notification. You hear about the problem from the system, not from a customer.
What does it cost?
You get a fixed number before work starts, not an hourly tab. The number depends on how ready both systems are to be connected.
