1. Introduction
These Terms govern use of the Code Pro Site website and services offered through it. By using our site, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Definitions
- Service — the website at codeprosite.com and its subpages.
- User — any person using the Service.
- Provider — Martyn Nowakowski, Founder & creator of Code Pro Site. Contact: codeprosite@gmail.com. Warsaw, Poland. Code Pro Site is a project brand operated by Martyn Nowakowski as a natural person — not a registered company.
- Services — digital product and development services provided by the Provider.
3. Scope
Through the Service, the Provider offers website development, web applications, mobile applications, e-commerce, API integrations, SEO optimization, and technical support.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
- Not disrupt the operation of the Service
- Not submit unlawful content
- Provide accurate contact information
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. Provider Obligations
The Provider agrees to:
- Deliver services with due care
- Protect personal data per the Privacy Policy
- Maintain site availability, subject to maintenance windows
The Provider may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service — including design, logos, content, and software — belongs to the Provider or its licensors. Use of the Service does not transfer any rights. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

Detailed terms — scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables — are defined in individual contracts between the Provider and the client. Indicative pricing on the website is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
The Provider may decline a project if delivery would be unlawful or infringe third-party rights.
8. Payments
Pricing is determined individually based on scope and complexity. A quote is provided before work begins. Payment terms are specified in the contract or invoice.
9. Liability
The Provider is not liable for outages caused by technical issues, force majeure, or third-party actions. Liability for breach of contract is limited to fees received for the specific service in question.
10. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to codeprosite@gmail.com. The Provider will respond within 14 days of receipt.
11. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
The Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
Matters not covered here are governed by applicable Polish law. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible, otherwise by courts competent for the Provider's registered office.
