Ongoing posts, reviews, and local growth are part of SEO Care ($149–$449/mo), not the one-time setup.

Can I bundle brand assets and Google with my website?

Yes. Local Launch Bundle ($275–$600 / ~1 100–2 400 PLN) combines Brand Web Kit (lite), Google Business Setup, and NAP consistency with your deployed site. It is optional alongside any website tier — see Launch add-ons in pricing.

Do you produce video ads for campaigns?

Video spots are delivered through Reklamy Premium — our dedicated campaign creative line (6–30 second ads for social and YouTube, from 169 PLN per spot). Code Pro Site focuses on websites, platforms, and SEO. We do not manage ad budgets. Many clients launch the site with us and order spots separately at reklamy-premium.vercel.app.

Question 15

Can you help with domain, hosting, and launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Domain is typically registered at OVH (or your registrar) — we configure DNS and SSL. Managed hosting is billed separately: $19–$49/month (~80–200 PLN) or annually; domain renewal is a separate line (usually 50–120 PLN/year for .pl). Launch setup (deploy, sitemap, robots) is part of the project; ongoing hosting is not included in the build price unless agreed in writing.

How do contracts and billing work?

Engagements are contract-based, signed remotely. Payment terms are agreed before start (e.g. deposit + final payment, or milestone billing for larger projects).

What about bugs or issues after launch?

If a post-launch issue stems from our implementation, we fix it under our delivery responsibility during the agreed warranty period (typically 30 days after launch). New features, changed requirements, or scope modifications are additional work. Details are specified in the contract.

Yes. Post-launch care is optional and billed monthly. Site Care ($99–$249/mo), Product Care ($349–$649/mo), SEO Care ($149–$449/mo), and Partner Care (from $699/mo) cover maintenance, visibility, monitoring, and included work within each plan — aligned with typical Polish studio retainers in 2026. Requests outside a plan are scoped and quoted per project.

What is included in a maintenance plan vs. a new project?

Care plans cover stability: security patches, dependency updates, monitoring, and a monthly pool of small fixes or content changes. New features, redesigns, or expanded integrations are scoped as change requests and quoted separately — the same way most agencies structure retainers.

Is there a minimum contract for ongoing care?

Site and Product Care typically start with a 3-month minimum so we can stabilize production and plan updates properly. Partner Care can be monthly or quarterly depending on SLA and agreed scope. Terms are agreed before the first billing cycle.
